Tell us what happened, your handle, and the iPhone/iOS and app versions if you know them. A screenshot can help. Please never send your password, verification code, or payment details.

Ideas for the community

In the app, go to Profile → Feedback & ideas to send a private suggestion or problem report.

Report inappropriate content

Use the report option on a post, comment or profile, or email us with enough detail to find the content. You can also block accounts in the app.

Account and privacy requests

You can delete your account in Profile → Privacy & account. If you can’t access the app, email us for help. See our privacy policy for how deletion and data requests are handled.
