Child Safety
Standards.
The Black Pint, operated by WireCloud LLC, prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in all content and conduct on our service.
The Black Pint is for adults aged 18 or older who meet the legal drinking age where they are. These child safety standards apply regardless of a member’s age.
What we prohibit
We do not allow child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including sexual imagery involving anyone under 18, or content that promotes, facilitates or normalizes the sexual abuse or exploitation of children. This prohibition includes real, manipulated and computer-generated material, links to such material, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sexual extortion, and trafficking of children for sexual exploitation. Attempting to use our posts, comments, profiles or other features for these purposes is prohibited.
Report a concern
In The Black Pint, use the Report option on a post, comment or profile, and explain the child safety concern in the reason field. You can also send a private report using Profile → Feedback & ideas.
If you cannot access the app, contact support@theblackpint.com with the subject “Child safety concern”. Include a post link, @handle or other identifying details if available. Do not download, attach or redistribute suspected abuse material.
How we respond
We prioritize child safety reports, review the reported content and conduct, and remove or disable access to CSAM when we become aware of it. We restrict or terminate accounts involved in child sexual abuse or exploitation and take action to prevent continued misuse of the service.
We handle reports privately, restrict access to necessary personnel, and preserve information where required by law. We report suspected child sexual abuse material and exploitation to the appropriate regional or national authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable, in accordance with applicable reporting obligations. We cooperate with lawful requests from the relevant authorities.
Immediate danger
If a child may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement. An in-app report is not an emergency service.
Responsibility and contact
WireCloud LLC is responsible for these standards and designates a child safety contact for Google Play. Users can reach the team at support@theblackpint.com. We are committed to complying with applicable child safety laws and these standards.
